With our current fast-paced lifestyles, we find it difficult to balance work, family, health and wellness. LA F.I.T is your foundation to fitness, health and sport performance.

Using science to develop and improve athletic performance, increasing quality of life and groom future athletes, whether your participation goals are recreational or professional.

Each and every client is important to us, regardless of their health status or fitness goals.  We believe that educating our athletes is most important, we train and teach the purpose of the process, the reasons behind each and every step and most importantly – how to reach and maintain their goals and dreams.

LA F.I.T consists of 3 fundamental programs – Fitness, Improvements and Transformations.

Each program focus on our athlete’s personal goal, each program is written specifically to meet the needs and satisfaction of our athletes and most importantly to achieve their own goals.

Health and wellness is a personal preference and different for each and every one of us, therefor it is important to respect and accommodate each of our athlete’s ideas, goals and understanding of health and wellness.  We focus on educating our athletes to ensure that our program is not a quick fix but a lifestyle.

We offer online and hands on training programs, making this suitable for individuals all over the world. We have weekly and monthly check in sessions with each of our clients, to ensure that we get to know and understand them as well as to create a trusting relationship throughout their individual journeys.

LA F.I.T use science to develop each program. All our scientists and trainers have hands on experience and our methods are tested and proven.  We take our client’s personal preference into consideration and adapt according to their needs, lifestyle and goals. We take personal interest in their training, progress, and performance, support and motivate, and educate as their fitness develops.
